Requests for police staffing should be sent at least 45 days in advance of a scheduled event. All requests for police staffing will be dependent on staffing availability.  

Public safety support for special events on the Penn State University Park campus is the responsibility of University Police. Learn more through our FAQs.

Name of on-site person in charge and contact information This is the person that has authority to cancel event, evacuate event, shelter attendees. Should be the point of contact for PSOs/AOs – must be on-scene during the event.
Outdoor Events
